So today Brett, Maryellen and I met with the bank, Signed for the loan, and Brett made a $23,000.00 deposit for the main roads to be paved. Paving should begin next week, the city dropped off 12 tons of millings to sure up the bottom of Walnut and Beech, American paving will take care of that, however there may be some additional cost, I'll keep you informed. If you would like some work done, like I'm paying for locust to be repaired, and I believe there is one driveway being installed, now is the time to strike. I will email and post the schedule we'll need to keep traffic to a minimum but we'll be able to pass if absolutely necessary.

It's been 4 1/2 years since we gathered at the corner of Pine and Cedar and I can't wait to sit there on warm smooth pavement.
